Your Solo Skydive Experience
This course includes training prior to your first jump and will take approximately 4-5 hours. We hold this course on either a Saturday or Sunday morning with an 8:45 AM check in time.
During the First Jump Course, you will learn about skydiving equipment and how it works, correct freefall body position, emergency procedures, emergency protocols, and how to steer and land the parachute.
You should expect to spend the whole day with us. There will be a break for lunch, the town of Gimli is nearby and has many restaurants to choose from. Wear clothes that are suitable for the weather. Running shoes work well but all footwear must be closed toe and have no hooks for laces. There are weight restrictions of 230 lbs for men and 200 lbs. for women, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
